About the Role
We're looking for Bengali language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Bengali-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Bengali — making a real impact on one of the world's most widely spoken languages.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to native and near-native Bengali speakers from all backgrounds. No prior AI experience required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated Bengali translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Bengali
- Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Bengali
- Strong written communication skills in both Bengali and English
- Solid command of contemporary Bengali usage across different contexts
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
- Attention to detail and consistency
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, or editing
- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of regional Bengali variations (Bangladesh, West Bengal, diaspora communities, etc.)
