This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to people from all backgrounds. No prior AI or technical experience required — just curiosity, consistency, and a sharp eye for quality.

What You'll Do
- Complete structured labeling, classification, and rating tasks that train AI systems to perform better
- Evaluate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality and accuracy
- Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistency across assignments
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs and provide clear, structured feedback
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, at your pace
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow instructions precisely
- Self-motivated and reliable — you can manage your own time effectively
- Comfortable working with web-based tools and platforms
- Clear and confident written communicator in English
- No AI, technical, or professional experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in content review, data entry, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an everyday user
- Background in writing, editing, or analytical roles
