About the Role
What if your instinct for what makes a post land — and what makes it fall flat — could directly influence how AI communicates with millions of people online? We're looking for Social Media Content Evaluators to review AI-generated posts, captions, and comments, helping ensure the content feels natural, engaging, and appropriate for real audiences.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who's tuned into social media culture and has a sharp eye for quality. No marketing or content creation background required — just an active social media presence and good judgment.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a range of platforms and formats
- Evaluate content for tone, relevance, engagement potential, clarity, and appropriateness
- Identify content that feels unnatural, off-brand, culturally tone-deaf, or otherwise problematic
- Provide structured feedback on trending topics, cultural references, and voice
- Flag content that could be harmful, misleading, or out of step with platform norms
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- An active social media user with a genuine feel for what works and what doesn't
- Culturally aware and up to date on trends, memes, and the evolving language of social platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong judgment about tone, audience, and appropriateness
- Clear and concise in written communication
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No marketing, content creation, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in content creation, community management, or social media strategy
- Background in communications, journalism, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with multiple social platforms and their distinct cultures and norms
- Experience with quality evaluation or content moderation
