About the Role
We're looking for Korean language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Korean-language content. Your linguistic insight and teaching background will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and teaches Korean — making a real impact on learners and speakers worldwide.

- Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week, fully asynchronous
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated Korean speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality
- Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+
- Apply expert judgment to identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and educationally sound Korean
- Provide structured feedback that directly improves AI tutoring and language-learning models
- Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts
Who You Are
- Native-level proficiency in Korean
- Experience teaching Korean or evaluating learner language
- Strong written communication skills in both Korean and English (C1/C2)
- Familiarity with learner speech patterns and CEFR frameworks
- Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Attention to detail and consistency in linguistic judgment
- No prior AI experience required

- Experience with language assessment, curriculum design, or standardized testing
- Exposure to AI-powered language tools or educational technology
- Comfort working independently in structured, asynchronous workflows
