About the Role
What if your sense of fairness and sharp analytical mind could directly influence how AI behaves — at scale? We're looking for AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated outputs and help ensure they meet rigorous standards for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to thoughtful, detail-oriented people from all backgrounds. If you care about how AI impacts society and can think critically about nuanced content, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness
- Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines
- Write clear, structured feedback documenting policy-related concerns and recommendations
- Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and AI use cases
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively
- Genuinely interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible technology
- A clear and precise written communicator — you can explain your reasoning concisely
- Detail-oriented and consistent — you apply evaluation criteria reliably across varied content
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required
Nice to Have
- Background in philosophy, law, policy, journalism, social sciences, or related fields
- Experience with content moderation, research, or quality evaluation
- Familiarity with AI ethics concepts or responsible AI frameworks
