About the Role
What if your everyday curiosity and critical thinking could directly influence how AI finds and presents information to millions of people? We're looking for Search Quality Evaluators to assess search engine results, AI-generated answers, and content recommendations — helping ensure that the AI systems people rely on every day are accurate, relevant, and genuinely useful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for quality and strong web literacy. No technical or AI background required — just good judgment and a reliable internet connection.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate search engine results for relevance, accuracy, and usefulness across a wide range of topics
- Rate AI-generated answers and content recommendations using structured evaluation rubrics
- Compare multiple results and rank them by quality, applying consistent judgment
- Provide clear, concise written explanations to support your ratings
- Work through task-based assignments independently and at your own pace
- Help improve the way AI systems understand and respond to real user queries
Who You Are
- Comfortable navigating the web and using search engines with confidence
- Able to assess content relevance and quality objectively and consistently
- Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to evaluation tasks
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, tech, or research experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in research, journalism, writing, editing, or information science
- Experience with quality assurance, content review, or data annotation
- Familiarity with AI tools or search platforms as an end user
- Broad general knowledge across a variety of subject areas
