Please contact your Project Coordinator (PC) and use the respective project communication channel/topic in order to get access to the project.

I don’t see my Labelbox/Alignerr project in Hubstaff. What do I do?

If the Hubstaff timer is not running, you will see a pop-up in the Labelbox editor that will notify you if the Hubstaff timer is not running. You will not be able to continue working until the Hubstaff timer is detected to be running.

For external projects, it’s especially important to keep your timer active and running, otherwise, we won’t be able to track your metrics outside our platform for billing.

Will my work count if I forget to start the timer?

Hubstaff captures periodic screenshots of your activity at specific time intervals and records the URLs and applications that are used during that time.

Does Hubstaff take screenshots or record my personal information? What exactly does Hubstaff track?
