About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to build, refine, and scale the operational workflows that turn ambitious growth targets into reality for Alignerr's contributor network. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution — applying systems thinking, process optimization, and data-driven problem solving to one of the fastest-moving teams in AI data.

What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives and contributor recruiting
- Design and implement scalable recruiting pipelines — from sourcing and outreach through onboarding — to grow the Alignerr contributor network
- Develop and execute strategies to systematically expand contributor supply across target segments and geographies
- Track and analyze key growth metrics, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure growth experiments move from idea to execution efficiently
- Create clear documentation for repeatable processes and standard operating procedures
- Conduct competitive and market research to surface new growth opportunities
- Support A/B testing and campaign analysis with structured data collection and reporting

- Experienced managing or supporting high-volume pipelines — whether recruiting, sales, or operations — where throughput and conversion both matter
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in growth marketing, recruiting, revenue operations, business operations, or a related field
- Experience with sourcing platforms, ATS tools, or outbound recruiting workflows
- Background in startups or high-growth companies where wearing multiple hats was the norm
- Understanding of funnel metrics, unit economics, or lifecycle comms
- Experience building dashboards or working with data visualization tools
