About the Role
We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to help evaluate, validate, and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare IT workflows and clinical data systems. Your hands-on expertise with platforms like Epic and Cerner will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about real-world healthcare operations — making a tangible impact on the future of digital health.

What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to EMR/EHR configuration, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT best practices
- Assess the accuracy and real-world applicability of AI outputs against your expertise in Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic recommendations in AI-generated healthcare IT guidance
- Provide structured, detailed feedback to help AI models better understand clinical and administrative workflows
- Leverage your knowledge of system configuration, deployment, and optimization to improve AI reasoning in healthcare contexts
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems — Epic, Cerner, or equivalent platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
- Ability to evaluate technical accuracy and real-world practicality of healthcare IT guidance
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, task-based environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in clinical informatics or healthcare IT consulting
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR
- Experience training or supporting end-users on EMR/EHR platforms
