What You'll Do
- Engage in a wide variety of conversations with AI chatbots across diverse topics
- Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
- Identify issues such as incorrect information, awkward phrasing, logical errors, or potential bias
- Craft creative, nuanced, and challenging prompts to stress-test AI capabilities
- Submit structured, detailed feedback to help research teams improve AI performance
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across a wide range of subjects
- Able to assess response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
- Strong written communicator with an eye for detail
- Comfortable navigating chat-based digital interfaces
- Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent in your work
- No prior AI, technical, or testing experience required
