We're looking for curious, communicative individuals to hold real conversations with cutting-edge AI systems and provide honest, structured feedback on their responses.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work when you want, as much as you want.

What You'll Do
- Engage in natural and creative conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics
- Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
- Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or signs of bias
- Push AI limits by crafting challenging, nuanced, and edge-case prompts
- Record structured feedback and ratings using clear evaluation guidelines
- Contribute insights that directly influence how leading AI models are trained and improved
Who You Are
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas, asking questions, and thinking critically
- Able to evaluate response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
- A strong communicator with solid written English skills
- Comfortable navigating chat-based digital tools
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No technical background or prior AI experience required — just bring your perspective
Nice to Have
- Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
- Ability to think creatively and identify unexpected failure modes
