What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world usability
- Identify gaps where AI responses don't align with nursing best practices, clinical documentation standards, or patient safety protocols
- Provide structured, expert feedback to improve how AI handles healthcare scenarios
- Translate nursing and clinical workflow knowledge into actionable guidance for AI training teams
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in informatics or health IT
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Strong ability to critically evaluate clinical content and documentation quality
- Comfortable providing written feedback in clear, structured formats
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Nice to Have
- Experience in clinical informatics, health IT implementation, or nursing education
- Background in data annotation, quality review, or clinical evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools or experience in technology-adjacent healthcare roles
