What You'll Do

  • Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world usability
  • Identify gaps where AI responses don't align with nursing best practices, clinical documentation standards, or patient safety protocols
  • Provide structured, expert feedback to improve how AI handles healthcare scenarios
  • Translate nursing and clinical workflow knowledge into actionable guidance for AI training teams
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in informatics or health IT
  • Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
  • Strong ability to critically evaluate clinical content and documentation quality
  • Comfortable providing written feedback in clear, structured formats
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated

Nice to Have

  • Experience in clinical informatics, health IT implementation, or nursing education
  • Background in data annotation, quality review, or clinical evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools or experience in technology-adjacent healthcare roles
