What You'll Do
- Listen to audio recordings and transcribe them into accurate written text following clear guidelines
- Handle a variety of audio types — different accents, speaking speeds, and recording conditions
- Apply consistent formatting, punctuation, and speaker-labeling rules
- Flag unclear or inaudible segments and document them appropriately
- Meet quality and turnaround benchmarks for each assigned batch
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

- Previous transcription, captioning, or audio editing experience
