We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to review and evaluate AI-generated outputs across text, images, and structured data. Your assessments directly influence how AI models learn, improve, and respond to real-world tasks.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to motivated individuals from all backgrounds. No AI or technical experience required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, relevance, and overall quality
- Rate content using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI outputs fall short
- Write clear, actionable feedback that guides model improvement
- Work across a diverse mix of content types, topics, and formats
- Manage your own schedule and work independently on task-based assignments
Who You Are
- Sharp eye for detail with strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable reading and critically evaluating written content
- Able to follow structured guidelines consistently and accurately
- Strong written English communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI or technical background required — if you're curious and careful, you're qualified
Nice to Have
- Experience in editing, research, journalism, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with rating scales or structured evaluation processes
- Interest in AI, machine learning, or data quality
