About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for professional Italian voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, professional recording setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
- Record high-quality Italian voice samples based on provided scripts and creative prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated vocal outputs
- Review and refine scripts to ensure they read naturally and are delivered with authentic Italian cadence
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Fluent in Italian with a strong, clear, and expressive speaking voice
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or a related field
- Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Detail-oriented when it comes to pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
- Self-motivated and consistent when working independently without supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience in professional studio recording or remote voice-over work
- Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
- Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accents
- Background in broadcasting, acting, or media production
- Prior exposure to AI tools or speech evaluation workflows
