About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Oversee clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track and progressing efficiently
  • Manage study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
  • Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study execution
  • Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
  • Apply your real-world clinical expertise to evaluate, annotate, or quality-check AI-generated content in the clinical research domain

Who You Are

  • Proven background in clinical trial project management — you understand budgets, timelines, and what it takes to deliver
  • Experienced in managing CROs, external vendors, or research partners across complex, multi-workstream studies
  • Skilled at keeping moving parts organized without letting anything slip through the cracks
  • Clear communicator who can align diverse teams around shared goals and timelines
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
  • Background in regulatory affairs, clinical operations, or medical research
  • Experience working across multiple therapeutic areas or trial phases
