We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their real-world healthcare IT knowledge to AI development — helping ensure that AI systems understand clinical workflows, hospital infrastructure, and the technical realities of modern healthcare.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to clinical systems, EHR workflows, and healthcare IT operations
- Apply your troubleshooting and system optimization knowledge to assess the accuracy and quality of AI outputs in healthcare contexts
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated clinical system solutions
- Translate clinical and operational knowledge into structured, actionable feedback that improves AI model performance
- Work independently and asynchronously on flexible, task-based assignments
Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting, system testing, and performance optimization
- Comfortable bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technical system requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards
- Background in working cross-functionally with clinical and IT stakeholders
