About the Role
We're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on security, compliance, and risk management scenarios. Your real-world expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through the complex landscape of organizational risk — making a meaningful impact on the next generation of intelligent systems.

What You'll Do
- Review and analyze AI-generated responses to security policy, audit, and compliance scenarios
- Evaluate the accuracy and quality of risk assessments, control mappings, and compliance classifications
- Identify gaps, errors, or weaknesses in AI reasoning around frameworks like SOC2, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Generate and validate training data that reflects how GRC works inside real organizations
- Provide structured, precise written feedback using evaluation rubrics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, audit, or risk management
- Solid working knowledge of one or more major frameworks — SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or similar
- Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, audit findings, and control documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
- No prior AI experience required — your GRC expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in information security or cybersecurity risk
- Familiarity with GRC platforms or tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, Vanta)
- Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
