About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who thrive on keeping complex, multi-workstream projects running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects consistently on track
- Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and spend tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
- Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless study execution
- Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
- Apply your real-world clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content and outputs related to clinical research
Who You Are
- Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and milestones
- Skilled at managing vendors, CROs, and external research partners across complex trial operations
- A natural coordinator — you keep multiple workstreams moving without letting anything fall through the cracks
- Detail-oriented and systematic, with a high standard for quality and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation platforms
- Background spanning early-phase through late-phase trial operations
- Experience working across therapeutic areas or global study teams
