About the Role
What if your years of teaching management and leadership could help shape how AI understands the way organizations actually work? We're looking for experienced management instructors to evaluate AI-generated reasoning on leadership, organizational behavior, and decision-making — and help make it sharper, more realistic, and more useful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your expertise directly influences the quality of cutting-edge AI systems.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in AI training
- Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure
- Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the accuracy and depth of managerial reasoning
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks
- Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying flawed reasoning
- Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing detailed, constructive feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
- Real-world experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
