About the Role

This is a remote, flexible contract role that combines people management, domain expertise, and meaningful contribution to one of the most impactful fields in technology. No prior AI experience required.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating AI training content
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all projects
- Conduct quality assurance reviews, refine processes, and continuously improve team efficiency
- Provide performance feedback, coaching, and professional development guidance to team members
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular updates and insights
- Oversee the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and economics — in both Spanish and English
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional proficiency in English
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content development, or domain-focused projects
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate work for logical soundness and accuracy
- Excellent communicator — able to give clear, constructive feedback and collaborate across teams
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with creative and lateral thinking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Master's degree or advanced qualification in a relevant business discipline
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or content assessment workflows
- Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
