About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands the way real people speak? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists based in England to take part in paid studio recording sessions — helping leading AI research teams build speech systems that sound genuinely human.
This is a contract role for experienced voice talent with a natural English (England) accent. Your recordings will be used to improve how AI listens, interprets, and responds to real conversational speech — not for voice cloning.

What You'll Do
- Record natural, conversational English speech in a professional studio environment
- Participate in both solo recording sessions and dual-speaker dialogue sessions
- Bring authentic, unscripted-sounding delivery to realistic conversation scenarios
- Follow light direction on tone, pacing, and vocal variation
- Help AI systems learn from the full richness of genuine human speech
Who You Are
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with relevant experience
- A native or near-native speaker of English with an authentic England accent
- Comfortable performing natural dialogue that sounds spontaneous and real
- Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio setting
- Based in England and able to attend in-person recording sessions locally
Nice to Have
- Acting or performance background
- Experience in broadcast, podcasting, or prior studio recording work
- Familiarity with dialogue-based or conversational performance styles
