This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong judgment and a genuine interest in fairness and social impact. No formal ethics or AI background required.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated content and outputs for bias, stereotypes, and potentially harmful material
  • Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, appropriate, and inclusive for diverse audiences
  • Flag ethical concerns and provide clear, structured written feedback
  • Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide variety of tasks and content types
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology
  • Strong critical thinker who can hold and weigh multiple perspectives at once
  • Attuned to nuance, cultural context, and the complexity of real-world issues
  • Clear and articulate written communicator
  • Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
  • No formal background in AI, ethics, or social science required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fields like journalism, education, social work, policy, or advocacy
  • Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation workflows
  • Background in research, critical analysis, or quality evaluation
