About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands the way real people speak? We're working with leading AI research teams to improve how AI systems hear and process natural human speech — and we need authentic Mexican Spanish voices to make it happen.
We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists with a native or near-native Mexican Spanish accent for paid in-studio recording sessions. This is a contract role with competitive hourly pay, a straightforward commitment, and meaningful work that puts your talent directly at the center of cutting-edge AI development.
This project is AI-related but does not involve voice cloning.
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Session Length: 4 hours per session (2–3 sessions total)
- Language: Spanish (Mexico) — Mexican accent required
What You'll Do
- Record natural, conversational Spanish (Mexico) speech in a professional studio environment
- Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue exchanges
- Bring authentic, human energy to scripted and semi-scripted conversational scenarios
- Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery as needed
- Perform realistic dialogue that sounds natural and unscripted — not robotic or over-produced
Who You Are
- Native or near-native Mexican Spanish speaker with an authentic regional accent
- Experienced in voice acting, voice-over work, or professional audio recording
- Comfortable performing natural, conversational dialogue — not just formal narration
- Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction
- Working-level English for communication and coordination purposes
- Currently based in Mexico
Nice to Have
- Acting or performance background
- Experience in broadcast, podcast production, or commercial voice-over
- Prior studio recording experience in a professional facility
