About the Role

We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to help oversee the operational execution of clinical trials — and in doing so, contribute to AI systems that are being trained on real-world healthcare data.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced clinical research professionals who want meaningful, high-impact work on their own schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track and on budget
  • Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and partners
  • Coordinate with CROs, investigator sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study execution
  • Identify operational risks early, resolve issues decisively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
  • Apply your clinical expertise to evaluate and inform AI training workflows grounded in real clinical research processes

Who You Are

  • Experienced clinical trial project manager with a strong track record managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Skilled at coordinating across CROs, sites, and cross-functional teams in complex, multi-workstream environments
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-moving research settings
  • A clear communicator who can keep stakeholders aligned without losing sight of operational quality
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks
  • Familiarity with AI tools or technology platforms used in clinical or research settings
  • Background spanning multiple therapeutic areas or global clinical trial operations
  • Experience working with decentralized or hybrid trial models
