About the Role

We partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. Now we're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help us teach AI how security, compliance, and risk management actually work in the real world.

Your practitioner knowledge — the kind earned through real audits, policy reviews, and control assessments — is exactly what's needed to make AI smarter and more reliable in this domain. This isn't a typical compliance role. It's a chance to directly shape how frontier AI systems understand and reason about governance and risk.
