About the Role
What if your full-stack expertise could directly influence how AI writes and understands code for millions of developers around the world? We're looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers to evaluate, critique, and help train cutting-edge AI models — across the entire web stack, from backend logic to frontend UI.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior engineers who love digging into hard problems. No prior AI experience needed — just deep, hands-on command of the full stack and a sharp eye for what good code actually looks like.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated code across the full stack — frontend (React, Vue) and backend (Node, Python, C#) — for correctness, quality, and best practices
- Design and build full-stack tooling to support AI data annotation and quality control workflows
- Review complex system designs and provide expert feedback on scalability, architecture, and performance
- Identify subtle bugs, anti-patterns, and security issues in AI-generated code that automated tools miss
- Provide structured, detailed technical feedback that directly improves how AI models generate and reason about code
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of professional full-stack experience writing and shipping production code
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a closely related technical discipline
- Proficient across JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Rust
- Strong command of both frontend and backend development — you're equally at home in a React component and a REST API
- Exceptionally clear written communicator — you can explain complex technical decisions concisely and precisely
- Detail-oriented and rigorous — you hold code to a high standard and can articulate exactly why
Nice to Have
- Experience with distributed systems, developer tooling, or CI/CD infrastructure
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or LLM-based code generation tools
- Background in code review, technical mentorship, or engineering leadership
- Prior exposure to data annotation, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation platforms
