We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for healthcare applications. What You'll Do
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, clinical workflows, and health information systems
- Review EHR-related content for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and logical consistency
- Identify errors, gaps, or misleading outputs in AI-generated health informatics content
- Provide structured, expert feedback using defined evaluation rubrics
- Assess AI performance across tasks involving data pipelines, clinical reporting, and health system operations
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
- Hands-on experience working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
- Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
- Ability to evaluate clinical and operational content with a critical, detail-oriented eye
- Comfortable communicating technical findings in clear, structured written formats
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with health information system evaluation or optimization
- Background in data quality, data annotation, or clinical decision support
- Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation workflows
- Experience collaborating across clinical, technical, and operational teams
