What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy and real-world applicability
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated nursing documentation and care processes
- Provide structured feedback on how well AI outputs align with real nursing workflows and patient safety standards
- Flag clinical inaccuracies, ambiguous terminology, or workflow inefficiencies in AI-generated materials
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate content critically and provide clear, structured feedback
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing education
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation tasks
- Familiarity with clinical decision support tools or quality improvement initiatives
