About the Role
We're looking for experienced Rust developers to help evaluate and improve AI systems that generate and reason about code. Your expertise directly shapes how AI understands memory safety, systems programming, and idiomatic Rust — making a real impact on the next generation of AI models used by leading research labs and enterprises.

- Location: Remote
- Commitment: Flexible — minimum 15 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated Rust code for correctness, memory safety, and idiomatic style
- Solve complex systems-level programming problems and clearly explain your reasoning
- Create and refine high-quality coding problems and model solutions
- Identify flaws, bugs, or unclear logic in AI-generated outputs
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model performance
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Strong command of Rust — ownership model, lifetimes, borrowing, traits, and concurrency
- Able to write clean, well-reasoned Rust and articulate your decision-making clearly
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for correctness and edge cases
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and reliable working independently
Nice to Have
- 3+ years of professional Rust or systems programming experience
- Background in low-level performance optimization or embedded systems
- Familiarity with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
