About the Role
What if your edge as a trader — your ability to read crowd sentiment, anticipate retail reactions, and assess probabilities in real time — could directly shape the future of financial AI?
We're looking for experienced market participants to help train AI systems that understand retail trading behavior, prediction markets, and probabilistic reasoning. You'll bring your real-world market intuition to structured analytical tasks that influence how AI interprets financial signals, investor psychology, and event-driven uncertainty.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for people who are already plugged into markets — traders, prediction market enthusiasts, financial analysts, and anyone who actively follows equities, crypto, macro, or global events.

- Review and label trading-related data with structured, clearly communicated reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated market analysis for accuracy, logic, and alignment with real trader behavior

Who You Are
- An active market participant — you trade, follow prediction markets, or engage closely with financial news and price action
- Strong grasp of retail investor psychology, crowd behavior, and risk sentiment
- Comfortable assigning probabilities and reasoning under uncertainty
- Clear and structured communicator — you can explain your thinking concisely and consistently
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently on task-based assignments
- Familiar with trading platforms, prediction markets (e.g., Polymarket, Kalshi), or financial data tools
Nice to Have
- Background in trading, quantitative finance, financial research, or economics
- Experience with options markets, crypto, or macro trading strategies
- Familiarity with forecasting frameworks or probabilistic reasoning methodologies
