About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and speaks to millions of people? We're looking for professional Australian voice actors and voice-over artists to participate in paid studio recording sessions that help leading AI research teams build smarter, more natural-sounding speech systems.
This is a contract role for experienced voice professionals based in Australia. Your voice won't be cloned — you'll be helping AI learn how real Australians actually talk.

What You'll Do
- Record natural, conversational Australian English speech in a professional studio environment
- Participate in solo single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
- Deliver realistic, human-sounding dialogue that feels unscripted and authentic
- Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery across different scenarios
- Bring your performance instincts to help AI systems better understand how Australians actually speak
Who You Are
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with real recording experience
- A native or near-native Australian English speaker with a natural, authentic accent
- Currently based in Australia
- Comfortable performing natural conversation and dialogue — not just narration
- Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio setting
- Fluent in English at a working communication level
Nice to Have
- Acting or performance background
- Experience in broadcast, podcasting, or prior studio recording work
- Comfort with both scripted and improvised conversational delivery
