What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content and informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
- Review and assess how well AI systems reflect actual nursing workflows and EHR documentation practices
- Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in AI responses related to clinical care
- Translate frontline nursing knowledge into structured, actionable feedback for AI development teams
- Analyze clinical scenarios and assess whether AI recommendations align with evidence-based practice
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on patient care experience
- Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics concepts
- Able to critically evaluate information and communicate findings clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or a formal informatics role
- Background in data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with quality improvement or patient safety frameworks
- Advanced nursing credentials (e.g., CNS, NP, CPHIMS)
