About the Role

What if your mastery of Arabic could help shape how AI understands and communicates in one of the world's most spoken languages? We're looking for Arabic language experts to evaluate and improve AI systems — ensuring they produce content that is accurate, natural, and culturally authentic.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just a deep command of Arabic and a sharp eye for language.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated Arabic translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
  • Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, and cultural issues
  • Suggest clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate improvements
  • Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
  • Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Native or near-native fluency in Arabic
  • Strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Solid command of Modern Standard Arabic with awareness of regional dialect variation
  • Comfortable evaluating written language quality across a range of topics and styles
  • Detail-oriented, consistent, and self-motivated
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • Background in translation, localization, linguistics, or editing
  • Familiarity with AI tools or language evaluation workflows
  • Knowledge of Arabic dialects across different regions (Gulf, Levantine, Egyptian, Maghrebi, etc.)
  • Experience working with written content at scale
