About the Role
What if your values and critical thinking could directly influence how AI behaves for millions of people? We're looking for AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns — helping ensure that AI systems are fair, responsible, and genuinely beneficial.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking, cultural awareness, and a care for how technology impacts people. No formal background in ethics or AI is required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and flag potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful outputs
- Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, appropriate, and fair across diverse audiences and perspectives
- Provide clear, structured written feedback using evaluation guidelines
- Apply fairness and safety standards consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Thoughtful and values-driven — you care about fairness, inclusion, and social impact
- Strong critical thinker with the ability to consider multiple perspectives at once
- Culturally sensitive and attuned to nuance in language and context
- Clear and articulate written communicator
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No formal background in AI, ethics, or academia required
Nice to Have
- Experience in social work, journalism, policy, education, or community advocacy
- Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation workflows
- Background in philosophy, cultural studies, psychology, or related fields
- Exposure to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) frameworks
