About the Role
What if your sense of fairness and critical thinking could directly influence how AI behaves for millions of people? We're looking for AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns — helping ensure the AI systems shaping our world are responsible, inclusive, and trustworthy.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking, cultural awareness, and a genuine interest in fairness and social impact. No formal ethics or AI background required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content for bias, stereotypes, harmful language, and ethical concerns
- Evaluate whether AI responses are safe and appropriate across diverse audiences and contexts
- Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
- Identify subtle issues including cultural insensitivity, skewed framing, or potentially harmful outputs
- Provide clear, structured written feedback using evaluation tools and rubrics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are

- Strong critical thinker with an eye for nuance and context
- Culturally aware and sensitive to how content may affect different communities
- Clear and articulate written communicator
- Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation guidelines
- No formal background in AI, ethics, or social science required
Nice to Have
- Background in social sciences, humanities, journalism, law, or policy
- Experience with content moderation, research, or quality evaluation
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model outputs as an end user
- Knowledge of diverse cultural contexts and communities
