About the Role
We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise doesn't just belong in a lecture hall — it belongs at the frontier of AI development. You'll evaluate and improve how AI systems understand core business concepts, real-world decision-making, and applied reasoning.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your teaching experience directly influences how AI thinks about business.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Design and review business questions and scenarios used to train AI systems
- Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance of AI-generated business content
- Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
- Apply your teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and edge cases
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of core business topics — management, strategy, operations, finance, and more
- Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form
- Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering actionable, detailed feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Industry or applied business experience outside of academia
- Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or instructional design workflows
