This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for experienced professionals in healthcare data, life sciences analytics, or precision medicine. You'll work alongside world-leading AI research teams and contribute to projects that sit at the intersection of genomics, clinical research, and artificial intelligence.

What You'll Do

  • Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
  • Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine research and clinical decision support
  • Evaluate and annotate healthcare and genomic data to ensure quality, accuracy, and suitability for AI model training
  • Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to align data strategy with scientific goals
  • Ensure data governance, regulatory compliance, and clear communication of findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Identify gaps in data quality and recommend improvements to evaluation and annotation systems

Who You Are

  • Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
  • Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful clinical or scientific insights
  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments that include clinical, research, and engineering teams
  • Able to operate independently and deliver high-quality work in regulated or highly technical settings
  • Sharp communicator who can make complex data concepts accessible to diverse audiences

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with LLM training workflows or AI model development pipelines
  • Background in bioinformatics, clinical informatics, or translational research
  • Experience working with EHR systems, genomic databases, or biobank datasets
