About the Role
We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape how AI systems think about organizations, teams, and decision-making. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI reasoning in one of the most complex and consequential domains — human leadership.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your deep knowledge of management theory and organizational behavior becomes the benchmark AI must meet.

What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and logical soundness
- Assess AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify unrealistic assumptions, flawed decision logic, or gaps in management thinking
- Provide clear, structured feedback that helps AI systems reason more like experienced leaders
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, around your existing commitments
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks
- Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality, tradeoffs, and strategic reasoning
- Comfortable working through written scenarios and providing detailed analytical feedback
- Self-directed and reliable in a remote, task-based environment
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
- Real-world industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
- Prior experience with AI content evaluation, annotation, or related workflows
