What You'll Do

  • Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep complex studies on track
  • Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and partners
  • Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution
  • Identify risks early, resolve operational issues, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
  • Apply your clinical operations expertise to AI training workflows that demand real-world domain accuracy

Who You Are

  • Experienced clinical trial project manager with a strong track record across budgets, timelines, and vendor oversight
  • Skilled at managing CROs or external research partners in complex, multi-workstream environments
  • Methodical and detail-oriented — you keep studies running smoothly even when things get complicated
  • A clear, confident communicator who can align diverse stakeholders without missing a beat
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
  • Background in oncology, rare disease, or other complex therapeutic areas
  • Experience contributing to regulatory submissions or audit-ready documentation
