About the Role
What if your deep knowledge of mathematics could directly shape how AI reasons, solves problems, and communicates with millions of people around the world? We're looking for Mathematics Experts to help build and train cutting-edge AI models — designing complex problems, stress-testing AI reasoning, and ensuring mathematical accuracy at the frontier of technology.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for serious mathematicians. If you hold a Master's or PhD and want to put your expertise to meaningful, well-compensated use, this is the opportunity.

What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced mathematical problems with real-world relevance
- Apply your expertise in algebra, calculus, statistics, discrete mathematics, or related fields to design rigorous, complex problem sets
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to strengthen AI model reasoning
- Evaluate and improve the mathematical accuracy, clarity, and depth of AI-generated outputs
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Hold a Master's or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in one or more of: algebra, calculus, statistics, or discrete mathematics
- Comfortable coding in Python, MATLAB, or Mathematica for research or applied problem-solving
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in applied mathematics, mathematical modeling, or computational research
- Experience writing or reviewing technical mathematical content for academic or professional audiences
- Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation platforms as an end user
