About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to doing consistent, quality work. No prior AI or tech experience required.

What You'll Do
- Categorize and label data using predefined tag sets and structured guidelines
- Annotate text, images, or audio according to clear project instructions
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across large datasets
- Participate in calibration exercises to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Naturally detail-oriented with a patient, systematic approach to repetitive tasks
- Able to follow structured instructions precisely and consistently
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior labeling, AI, or technical experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data entry, quality assurance, or content moderation
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an end user
- Background in research, editing, or any field requiring close attention to detail
