About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who can read and understand code. Whether you're a self-taught developer, a hobbyist coder, or a seasoned engineer, your perspective is valuable here. No formal degree or professional experience required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other languages for correctness, efficiency, and readability
- Identify bugs, logical errors, and inefficiencies in code samples
- Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
- Suggest clear, well-reasoned improvements
- Work across a variety of programming challenges spanning multiple difficulty levels
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
- Analytical thinker with a sharp eye for bugs and edge cases
- Clear written communicator — you can explain technical concepts in plain language
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No computer science degree or professional software engineering experience required
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages
- Experience with code review, debugging, or software testing
- Background in competitive programming, open source contributions, or personal coding projects
- Comfort using online IDEs or code editors
