This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to motivated individuals from any background. No prior AI or technical experience required — just sharp attention to detail and a willingness to follow clear guidelines.

What You'll Do
- Complete structured labeling, rating, and evaluation tasks that directly improve AI model performance
- Assess AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Follow detailed rubrics and guidelines to ensure your evaluations meet project standards
- Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs using structured feedback tools
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, at your pace
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow instructions precisely and consistently
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own workload without supervision
- Confident using web-based tools and platforms
- Clear and effective written communicator in English
- Open to feedback and committed to maintaining high accuracy standards
- No prior AI, data, or technical experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in content moderation, data entry, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an end user
- Background in writing, editing, or critical analysis
