AI is only as good as the feedback that trains it — and that's where you come in. We're hiring AI Data Quality Analysts to review, evaluate, and rate AI-generated content across text, images, and structured data. Your assessments directly influence how AI models learn, improve, and respond to real-world questions.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role ideal for detail-oriented thinkers who enjoy analytical work and want to contribute to something genuinely meaningful.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for factual accuracy and relevance
- Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, hallucinations, and areas for improvement
- Write clear, actionable feedback to guide model training and improvement
- Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and task formats
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable reading, evaluating, and critiquing written content at scale
- Self-motivated and reliable — able to manage your own time and meet deadlines
- Clear, precise written communication skills in English
- No prior AI or technical experience required — if you can think critically and follow guidelines, you're qualified
Nice to Have
- Background in research, editing, journalism, or any field that requires evaluating information quality
- Familiarity with rating scales, rubrics, or quality assurance processes
- Experience working independently in a remote or freelance capacity
