About the Role

What You'll Do
- Complete structured labeling, classification, and rating tasks that train AI systems to perform better
- Evaluate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality and accuracy
- Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to deliver consistent, high-quality assessments
- Flag errors, inconsistencies, and low-quality outputs using provided evaluation tools
- Work independently and asynchronously across a variety of task types and topics
Who You Are
- Sharp attention to detail — you notice things others miss
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own time effectively
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
- Reliable and consistent in following instructions precisely
- No prior AI, tech, or specialist experience required
