This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — no prior AI or technical experience required. If you're someone who enjoys exploring ideas, asking good questions, and thinking critically about communication, this role was made for you.

What You'll Do
- Engage in conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics and scenarios
- Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, clarity, and safety
- Identify issues such as incorrect information, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or bias
- Design creative and challenging prompts to probe the limits of AI behavior
- Document your findings clearly using structured feedback forms and rating rubrics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas and asking thoughtful questions
- Able to assess response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning
- Strong written communicator with an eye for clarity and detail
- Comfortable using chat-based or web interfaces
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No technical background or prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
- Background in critical thinking, communications, or a related field
