About the Role
What if your experience as a savvy online shopper could directly influence how AI recommends and describes products to millions of people? We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure they're accurate, authentic, and genuinely useful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who knows their way around an online product page and has a sharp eye for what makes a review trustworthy. No formal retail or e-commerce background required — just a critical mind and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, descriptions, and comparisons across a wide range of categories — including electronics, home goods, fashion, and more
- Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, authenticity, and natural tone
- Identify misleading claims, fake-sounding language, factual errors, or inconsistencies
- Provide structured, detailed feedback using evaluation frameworks and written commentary
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Familiar with online shopping and what makes a product review useful or untrustworthy
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to evaluating content
- Strong written communication skills — you can clearly articulate why something works or doesn't
- Comfortable assessing content quality across a broad variety of product categories
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior retail, e-commerce, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience writing, editing, or moderating consumer content
- Background in quality assurance, research, or critical analysis
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and consumer review ecosystems
