About the Role
We're looking for skilled English writers and editors to help evaluate and improve written content as part of an AI training initiative. Your editorial eye will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and refines English-language text — making a real impact on the quality of AI communication at scale.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review written content for grammar, tone, clarity, and consistency issues
- Improve readability and flow without altering the original meaning or intent
- Flag ambiguous language, logical gaps, and stylistic inconsistencies
- Apply editorial judgment consistently across large volumes of content
- Provide structured, actionable feedback using clear written notes
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Strong command of written English with sharp proofreading and editing instincts
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Meticulous attention to linguistic detail — you notice what others miss
- Comfortable evaluating content at scale across a variety of topics and formats
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow structured review guidelines
- Based in the United States
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Professional experience in editing, copywriting, content strategy, or journalism
- Familiarity with style guides such as AP, Chicago, or MLA
- Experience working with AI tools or content evaluation platforms
