About the Role
At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their real-world healthcare IT knowledge to AI — helping evaluate, improve, and validate how AI systems understand clinical workflows, hospital infrastructure, and healthcare technology.
Your expertise in EHRs, clinical applications, and hospital IT environments is exactly what's needed to make AI smarter, more accurate, and genuinely useful in healthcare contexts.

Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Strong technical troubleshooter with hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving clinical system issues
- Able to bridge the gap between clinical workflows and technical systems — comfortable speaking both languages
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of delivering structured, high-quality feedback
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely on flexible, task-based projects
Nice to Have
